Waterway has an immediate opportunity of a part-time entry-level Recruiting Associate on our hourly recruiting team. This critical role will be the first point of contact for candidates applying to Waterway’s part-time store operations role and will provide a first-class candidate experience. This position will be part-time variable hour, with a flexible schedule. Work on a team supporting candidates applying to positions across our 30 locations in 5 markets.
In this role, you’ll contact, screen, and interview candidates while creating a positive and responsive experience for every applicant. You’ll identify qualified candidates, provide detailed explanations of position responsibilities, schedules, compensation and perks, answer candidate questions and handle store interview scheduling. Ultimately, you’ll deliver a great candidate experience and ensure that our stores have a regular schedule of interviews with qualified candidates.
This position offers a flexible schedule typically 18-24 hours per week, with mostly daytime (9:00am – 5:00pm) hours, with some rotating weekend and holiday coverage. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone interested in gaining experience in Talent Acquisition. This position is based at our Operations Support Corporate office in Chesterfield, MO, and reports to the Recruiting Supervisor.
