Waterway Gas & Wash® is looking to hire a full-time (40 hours/week) Customer Service Representative (CSR) to work at our Corporate Office in Chesterfield, MO!
The CSR is part of our Marketing Team and provides outstanding customer service via email and telephone to customers and members of our loyalty programs. This role plays an important part in supporting customer retention by building strong relationships, delivering a high-quality experience, and maintaining and growing long-term membership engagement.
Strong candidates will demonstrate attention to detail, self-motivation, strong organizational skills, excellent time management, and a desire to grow both personally and professionally.

Compensation and Benefits:
• Competitive compensation rate starting at $18/hour, depending on experience
• Deliver exceptional service through clear, professional communication while managing a high volume of customer calls and emails
• Demonstrate patience, empathy, and professionalism, especially in complex or challenging interactions
• Work both independently and collaboratively to resolve customer questions and concerns efficiently
• Accurately maintain customer account information and interaction history using CRM tools
• Support the Marketing team with loyalty programs and the execution of sales and marketing initiatives
• Actively support customer retention by identifying needs, resolving concerns, and reinforcing the value of ongoing membership
• Recognize opportunities to improve customer experience and contribute ideas that strengthen long-term engagement
• Help turn customer feedback into positive outcomes that build trust and encourage continued loyalty
• Environmental – office based, with requirement to be able to work onsite at locations outside for limited periods of time.
• Physical – must be able to walk, sit for extended periods of time.
• Vision and Hearing – far and near visual acuity, peripheral vision and depth perception. Hear, understand, and distinguish speech from other sounds.
• Language – must be able to fluently speak and understand English when communicating with other team members, managers, and customers for business related purposes.
• Attendance – maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance. Work as assigned schedule.
