Waterway has an immediate opportunity for a part-time Merchandiser supporting our retail convenience store operations in the St. Louis, MO area. This position will be part-time variable hour with a very flexible schedule (approx 20-25 hours/week).   As the Merchandiser you’ll play a critical support role for our retail operations by driving customer satisfaction and profitability by ensuring that our retail convenience stores are fully stocked, well merchandised, and looking great for our customers. You’ll be able to work a flexible schedule and be able to visit each of the 9 (soon to be 10) St. Louis locations weekly to provide support to the local store teams. This position will report to the St. Louis Operations Leader.   Compensation and Benefits: - Competitive rate starting at $18, consistent with job duties, requirements, and experience - Free car washes, discounts on gasoline, and a tuition assistance program. - Mileage reimbursement provided
